Another Free Alpha

I've been playing with scripts and actions in PhotoShop and have come up with a fab combination to work an alpha. so far I load the alpha layers with the aid of an commercial action then use a style to decorate it then use a script to turn the layers into .png files all cut and trimmed. so much time saving.  So I have played with it every which way and am making lots of alphas in the process. Each alpha is 450p high and in seperate fully named files.
what is your favorite way of making alphas?

Here is another free alpha I was working this time with double layers for each alpha letter and I need  to develop a way of automating this process of working too.
